Your JobGuardian Bascharage in Luxembourg is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Office Manager. This is a dynamic and complete role, where you'll be able to act as a self-directed problem solver. This is an ideal role for someone able to cope with a multitude of various tasks, with a bias for action and solution oriented, while willing to be part of an integrated team. It requires proactive and hands-on support, attention to detail, high level of organization and effectiveness, high command of Microsoft office tools and the ability to work with leaders, employees and hourly operators throughout the organization. We require excellent communication skills. The role could be full-time or part-time (80%) according to candidate's experience and ability to deal with the role requirements.

What You Will Do
- Main go-to person for Plant enquiries , you know how the plant works, and you are able to come alongside various requests, including but not limited to : t ravel arrangements for the Plant Manager and his leadership team; Organization of in-house or off-site conferences, c oordinate and organize plant's visits, c elebrations and events, manage budget, m aintain good communication inside the plant and manage different communication channels (TV, posters, Power Point, etc...), o wn Staff Meetings organization and support the team in preparation (rooms, slides, connectivity, etc..), p rovide onboarding support for new hires, m anage co-funding files with INFPC from A to Z, s trong organizational and planning skills in a rapid changing manufacturing environment, w ork closely with any level of the organization : from leadership to hourly operators, as well as the Staff Delegation.
- Invoices management (from supplier onboarding to data entry)
- Make office supplies, goodies and equipment orders and maintain proper stock level
- Ownership of facility management vendors, including cleaning company, catering and security services,
- T eam members back up and support (this includes our European Headquarter in Bertrange).
- Participation in projects, like ERP implementation.
- Experience creating, managing, and updating content using Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point, Microsoft 365).
- Effective, proactive and timely communication.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to different roles and business landscape.
- Self-driven attitude
- English and French speaker as a must. Any other language will be an asset.

- Ability to adapt to and quickly learn new systems
- An experience in an administrative support role in a manufacturing / industrial environment is required.
- Be solution oriented with the ability to respectfully challenge the status-quo
- Ability to organize and prioritize to effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Act as one team on the field, sharing knowledge and support other team members.
- A creative mindset and approach to envision what it could be.
