Purpose and Scope of the Job:
Accountable for Collecting and arrange or retrieving vehicles as requested by patients/customers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards:
Qualifications, Competences and Skills:
Education: High School graduate or equivalent & Holding Kuwait Driving License
Experience: Two or more years of responsible related experience.
Licensure: Not Applicable
Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English Languages.
Computer Proficiency: Not Applicable

Other Preferences:
Accountable for Collecting and arrange or retrieving vehicles as requested by patients/customers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards:
- Greets arriving customers.
- On occasions to assist a customer or a handicapped customer in entering or leaving their vehicle, assist with wheelchairs, etc.
- Collecting the money from the customer / patient and providing the parking ticket
- Responds to general requests for hospital information and directs customers to different areas of the hospital.
- Ensures quality and patient safety practices are followed
- Provides or promotes people centered care.
- Promotes inclusive health by providing equitable and accessible care to patients and families with special needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Competences and Skills:
Education: High School graduate or equivalent & Holding Kuwait Driving License
Experience: Two or more years of responsible related experience.

Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English Languages.
Computer Proficiency: Not Applicable

- Excellent driving, communication skills.

- Security Supervisor, Security Staff
- Patients, Hospital Customers
Other Preferences:
- Preferably Bilingual
- Local candidates with valid and transferable visa in Kuwait
