Job Title : Social Worker
Basic Salary : 350 KD/-
Location : Salmiya, Head Office
Job Purpose:

Promoting the general well-being of students
Working with outside agencies to provide support to families
Offering mentoring and suggestions for Teachers and other school personnel
Developing and providing crisis intervention strategies to improve student success
Working to maximize coping skills for students in difficult situations

Qualifications:

Ability to develop creative solutions to challenging situations
Proactive and positive attitude
Able to set boundaries
Perception and active listening
Empathetic yet objective

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
Education:

Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

Social Work in School: 1 year (Required)

Language:

Arabic (Required)
