Job Opportunity: Sales Executive (F&B Industry)
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Prepare quotations.
• Assist in sales presentations, negotiations, closing & sales report.
• Spot check audit by visiting our B2B stores to keep a record of our products.
• Build and nurture client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Train, mentor, and develop sales staff for continuous improvement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
• E-Commerce Market
• Knowledge about corporate business
• Handling Expos and Events

Qualifications:

• Proven Minimum 5 years of sales experience in F&B Industry
• Excellent communication skills (Bilingual) (Arabic & English)
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Knowledge of bakery products and industry trends is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience:

• Food & Beverage Industry: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Kuwait Driving License (Required)
