Job Description:
Prime Tech is seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role requires a hands-on coder with the ability to create high-quality, efficient code from scratch as well as modify existing code to meet evolving client needs. As part of our digital transformation initiatives, the developer will be key in designing, implementing, and deploying innovative solutions that enhance client performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications from end to end, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, working both from scratch and with existing codebases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends, applying them to improve existing and new projects.
- Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with proficiency in front-end and back-end development.
- Expertise in languages such as Java Script, Python, Java, C#, or similar, and familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, Node.js, Django, etc.
- Strong understanding of database management (SQL, No SQL) and experience with cloud technologies.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new languages, tools, and frameworks as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, able to convey technical ideas effectively.
- Experience in leading development projects or mentoring team members.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and Dev Ops practices.
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: KD125.000 - KD500.000 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
