• Proven experience as supervisor[ ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY]
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in fabricating aluminum sheets in preparation for assembly .
• Prepare material, quantity take off and fabrication cutting list.
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicating expectations to production team members and evaluating their performance
• Regularly checking the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow
• Ensuring all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly
• Compiling reports about production and providing management with updates
• Prepare all required reports daily, weekly, monthly etc.
• Estimate cost of Aluminum and glass and prepare budget control for each project.
• Managing production and planning activities from preprocessing up to final inspection

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities
• Supervise and train workers.
• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
• Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
• Problem-solving abilities
• Steel structures for Curtail Wall, Balustrades, Partitions etc.
• Should Have Knowledge in taking Measurement and supervison skill S.
• Prior experience in the Aluminum industry, facade installation required.
• End to End knowledge on aluminium division.

EXPERIENCE:

• 5-7 Years with Aluminum & Stainless Steel Company

LANGUAGE & CRITERIA

• ENGLISH,ARABIC,HINDI.
• Candidate with 18 no transferable visa can apply.

SALARY:KD 300- KD 400 + Accommodation.
