Job Description:
A Training and Consulting company seeks a skilled Corporate Relationship Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the client base and strengthen business relationships with corporate clients. If you have excellent communication skills, experience in training and development, and a strong sales track record, we’d like to talk to you.
Responsibilities:

• Develop sales plans aimed at large corporations and institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
• Present tailored sales and training solutions to meet client needs.
• Oversee deals from proposal to successful closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality training services.
• Monitor the market, competitors, and client needs changes.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and activities.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in sales, preferably in the training or educational services sector.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasive, and communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets; strong knowledge of the training market in the region.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative skills with effective time management.

المسؤوليات:

• تطوير خطط مبيعات موجهة نحو الشركات والمؤسسات الكبيرة.
• بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين.
• تقديم عروض مبيعات وحلول تدريب مخصصة لتلبية احتياجات الشركات.
• متابعة الصفقات من بداية العرض حتى الإغلاق بنجاح.
• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والربع سنوية.
• التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان تقديم الخدمات التدريبية بجودة عالية.
• مراقبة السوق ومتابعة المنافسين والتغيرات في احتياجات العملاء.
• إعداد تقارير دورية عن أداء المبيعات والأنشطة المرتبطة.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن 1-3 سنوات في مجال المبيعات، ويفضل في قطاع التدريب أو الخدمات التعليمية.
• قدرة ممتازة على التفاوض والإقناع.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف البيعية.
• معرفة قوية بسوق التدريب وتطوير الكفاءات في المنطقة.
• مهارات تنظيمية وإدارية ممتازة مع قدرة على إدارة الوقت بفعالية.
