Valeo’s VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

At the heart of electric mobility, Valeo Power brings together expertise in thermal management systems and propulsion systems. This division develops innovations that contribute to the mobility of tomorrow by reducing pollutant emissions and maximizing vehicle autonomy.

The site of Atsugi-shi based in Japan belongs to Power Division. We are looking for a VIE Valeo Production System for 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?

• You will deploy Valeo Production System : through standards, workshop, Kaizen activities, V5000 methods
  
• You will work across several departments indeed logistics one
  
• You will support managers and supervisors in achieving the budget
  
• You will deploy digital solutions
  
• You will schedule and audit 5S implementation.
  

• You will do check and records, monitor and follow up on action plans
  
• You will prepare documents and conduct training,( Digitalization, etc.).
  
• You will also support workshops: kickoff, closing, Genba check, and document preparation.
  

Let’s talk about you…

• You are graduated from a Master degree in Logistics
  
• You already have experience in continuous improvement
  
• You have a fluent level of English
  
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
  
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
