仕事内容:
You will lead group lessons for our online program for high school students, focusing on International Exchange × English Conversation. Students from Japan and Southeast Asia learn together in small groups, using English to explore cultural understanding.
Your role is not only to teach English but also to create an environment where students can build friendly relationships and appreciate cultural differences.
Lesson Structure and Duration

• Lecture and Group Session (20 mins): Deliver lectures and guide group discussions based on the lesson theme.
• One-on-One Practice (30 mins): Pair students from different countries in breakout rooms to engage in conversation and provide support.
• Review and Wrap-Up (10 mins): Summarize key points and help students reflect on their learning.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons entirely in English using prepared slides and materials.
• Manage breakout rooms and guide one-on-one conversations, providing advice when needed.
• Motivate students to actively participate and enhance their engagement.
• Offer basic support in Japanese to Japanese students, if necessary (fluent Japanese is not required).

Support System

• Lessons are conducted via Zoom, with a bilingual assistant supporting you.

(e.g., assisting with role-plays and/or monitoring breakout room interactions). Training and guidance provided:*

• For the first few sessions, a manager will join to offer support and feedback.
• You'll receive support to ensure you can follow the lesson flow using our manuals.

勤務時間・曜日:
Shift-based system (monthly schedule):
Each session is 90 minutes (20 for prep/ 60 for lesson/ 10 for feedback)
Choose from the following time slots, Monday to Saturday:

• (a) 18:40～20:10
• (b) 20:10～21:40
• (c) 21:40～23:10

Submit your preferred days and times at the beginning of each month, and assigned lessons will be determined based on student applications.
Expected weekly working hours: 3–10 hours.
Example schedule:

• Tuesdays and Thursdays
• 20:10–23:10 (slots (b) and (c))
• Daily working hours: 3 hours

勤務地:
This is a fully remote position, so there is no need to commute. However, candidates must have a stable internet connection at home to perform the required tasks effectively.
給与:
Hourly wage: ¥1,200 – ¥2,000

• Guidance/training: ¥1,200
• Instructor duties (under training): ¥1,500
• Instructor duties: ¥1,600–¥2,000

Hourly rate increases based on experience and student retention rates.
