Our Exciting Opportunity:
Join our dynamic HR team and gain hands-on experience in human resources management. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in employee relations, and HR analytics etc. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals and contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of our organization.


You will:

• Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing administrative support.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
• Provide support in employee engagement activities and events.
• Handling various HR related payment.

To be successful in the role it is preferable you have:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
• Language skills – Japanese: Native or N1 level, English: Intermediate level of English understanding necessary (reading documents and some basic conversations).

Required Work Schedule:

• Eligible to work 2 - 3 days per week, once per week in the office.
• Eligible to work at least 6 months.
