Our client is a leading global Japanese consumer goods company with a diverse portfolio of food and beverage products. The company's business activities range from alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, food to health products which are distributed nationally and internationally.
Our client's operating model includes domestic and international business operations, and the group has expanded its global presence through strategic acquisitions and partnerships, extending its brand presence in Europe and other international markets.

The Role

• Join and lead a global team positioned to our client to the next stage of its organizational evolution and beyond. Develop the global compensation approach in line with global best practices and ensure that attraction and retention of key talent. A major aspect of this role is to find the right balance between global standard approaches, and local flexibility required in compensation to be competitive in a local context.

Your Skills

• Extensive compensation and benefits experience, this person should provide deep expertise and be recognized as an expert.
• Strong leadership skills and experience of managing a team.
• Proven ability to work across cultures.
• Experience managing global compensation and benefits programs.
