Position

Job responsibilities

• Analyze and process data for specific marketing purposes by preparing appropriate reports (sell-in, sell-out, composition of offers and purchases, benchmarking on the positioning of competitors' products, etc.)
• Collaborate with design and product development teams to create a cohesive collection that aligns with brand identity and consumer demand
• Support Collection development processes, including Collection briefs, competitive benchmark studies, market trends analysis, and focused deep-dives on strategic opportunities
• Support budget compilation and cost sharing with Product Managers
• Support pricing positioning considering financial targets and competitors

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in merchandising or buying within the fashion industry, particularly with RTW collections
• Excellent analytical skills paired with a creative mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
