JOB TITLE: Reporting and Research Consultant
- Support the chair of the Duty of Care Working Group with the coordination and administration of current activities, including preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation (such as project plans, status reports, and meeting notes), and provide secretariat services by drafting timely and accurate information, preparing briefings, and conducting research to guide strategies and plans.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, capture action items, and follow up on progress to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of the two CCI (Duty of Care and Inclusion, and Investing in WFP People) timelines and deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure project requirements are accurately captured and addressed.
- Assist the CCI Fund manager with data analysis to support decision-making and provide insights on project performance and outcomes, ensuring alignment with WFP's frameworks and policies to enhance duty of care.
- Develop and manage project communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with communications teams to visually convey duty of care standards and responsibilities, promoting cross-functional coherence and ensuring employees are treated with dignity to minimize work-related risks and impacts
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regular CCI reporting.
- Assist in the training of Respect+ facilitators and rollout of the programme in RBs.
- Lead Respect+ session, especially in Spanish speaking contexts.
- Act as PCC Focal Point, participate and collaborate in work related with the Indigenous Peoples team on inclusion matters.
- Any other duties in line with PCC responsibilities.
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Three years of experience.
- Research Skills: The ability to conduct comprehensive and ethnographic/anthropological research. This includes gathering insights into the experiences and challenges faced by employees, particularly in high-stress, high-risk environments.
- Uses tact and courtesy to give and receive information with a variety of individuals.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing qualitative data to identify key areas for intervention and support, and to produce detailed reports is necessary.
- Communication and Collaboration: The role requires strong communication skills to develop storytelling strategies using several formats and to collaborate effectively with various teams. It also involves promoting coherent cross-functional collaboration.
- Good attention to detail in order to identify data discrepancies.
- Ability to work to deadlines and follow clear instructions and customer relations with courtesy and tact.
- Preferably experience and knowledge in working with organizational culture, Duty of Care and Critical Corporate Initiatives.
- Fluency (level A) in Spanish and English.
