Il Process Expert in Manutenzione sterile si concentrerà sull'ottimizzazione dei nostri processi di produzione sterile e sull'assicurare i più alti standard di qualità ed efficienza.
Garantisce nell'ambito di procedure, metodi predefiniti e delle deleghe ricevute la realizzazione dei piani operativi assegnati, nel rispetto degli obiettivi prefissati in termini di qualità, sicurezza ed efficienza. Contribuisce al miglioramento continuo degli aspetti documentali e tecnici del reparto

In questo ruolo TU…

• Garantisce un rapido ed efficace intervento in caso di guasto o di anomalia di funzionamento dei macchinari e attua le misure preventive e migliorative per ridurre le probabilità di fermata delle macchine allo scopo di incrementare le prestazioni delle macchine e degli impianti di produzione
  
• Indirizza e coordina gli operatori di manutenzione e delle ditte esterne nell’esecuzione degli interventi, fornendo supporto e suggerimenti tecnici al fine di risolvere le problematiche legate alle macchine riempitrici e di ispezionamento dei reparti manufacturing dello stabilimento di Parma.
  
• Pianifica in collaborazione con il responsabile di area l’effettuazione degli interventi di manutenzione preventiva e straordinaria.
  
• Supporta il responsabile di manutenzione nel monitoraggio degli indicatori di performance del suo stream manutentivo e nella pianificazione dei turni , delle attività manutentive e nella presenza ai dayli di reparto
  
• Svolge la sua attività applicando i Valori GSK, le norme GMP, gli aspetti di Data Integrity, le policy aziendali in tema di Ambiente e Sicurezza (EHS) e le aspettative di comportamento GSK (GSK Expectation)
  
• Partecipa proattivamente alle iniziative di miglioramento del processo sia dal punto di vista tecnico che organizzativo dimostrando convinzione nel proprio lavoro e prendendo l'iniziativa per collaborare e comunicare con i colleghi e il responsabile
  

Perchè TU?

Qualifiche e Competenze Richieste:

• Comprovata esperienza in ambito di impianti di processo sterili
  
• Diploma di perito meccanico/meccatronico
  
• Attitudine al problem solving; capacità di lavorare in team, resilienza
  
• Esperienza precedente come manutentore meccanico
  
• Disponibilità a operare su turni (6/14-14/22-17/01) e 7/7
  

Qualifiche e Competenze Preferibili:

• Conoscenza base elettrica e meccanica
  
• Conoscenza scolatistica della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
  
• Buona padronanza dei sistemi informatici
