As an Outbound Sales Executive at Odoo, we adopt a consultative sales approach. In this role, you'll drive growth through proactive outbound outreach and generating new leads. You'll connect with companies, understand their needs, and present innovative solutions to digitize their operations.

Responsibilities
Concretely, you will:
- Lead generation: research and identify potential customers through various channels, such as online research, social media, industry events and utilize prospecting tools and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified leads
- Lead the entire sales cycle: you’ll be responsible for conducting outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with potential customers, qualifying their business needs & processes, provide potential customers with a tailor made demonstration of Odoo and handle the closing of the deals
- Develop relationships and build trust with clients
- Demonstrate the product: new apps, features and new versions to end-users
- Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)
- Italian work permit
- Outbound reach
- Develop relationships and build trust with clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to help them grow their businesses
- 1 to 5 years of exp. in IT/Sales
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
- Smart, quick and autonomous learner
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and competitive environment
- Entrepreneur mindset & not afraid to take appropriate initiatives
- Positive attitude and solution oriented
- Passion for IT
- Help the team develop the outbound strategies to put in place
- Uncapped commissions
- Direct contact with customers from initial contact to closing
- Opportunity to develop personal network with decision makers from different industries and build up industry knowledge: you'll deal with various stakeholders: SME's, CEOs, CFOs, CTOs
