We are seeking an experienced Operations Security & Identity Access Management Lead to oversee our vulnerability management team and drive the implementation of lifecycle management across the entire Digital Technology & Transformation (DT&T) Organization. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data while enhancing our identity and access management processes.

Your Mission

1. **Vulnerability Management:**

• Lead the vulnerability management team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities across the organization.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive vulnerability management strategy, including regular assessments and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to prioritize remediation efforts based on risk assessments.

2. **Identity Access Management:**

• Oversee the implementation and management of Identity and Privileged Access Management (IAM and PAM) solutions to ensure secure access to systems and data.
• Develop policies and procedures for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.

3. **Lifecycle Management:**

• Lead the implementation of lifecycle management processes across the DT&T Organization, ensuring that all systems, Services and applications (Business, IT and Infrastructure) are managed throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices for system onboarding, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to security and identity management.

4. **Team Leadership:**

• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Set clear goals and objectives for the vulnerability management team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Facilitate training and awareness programs to promote security best practices across the organization.

5. **Reporting and Compliance:**

• Prepare and present regular reports on vulnerability management and IAM metrics to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to security and identity management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats to proactively address potential risks.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in operations security, identity access management, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with PAM and IAM solutions and lifecycle management processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar) are a plus.
