To strengthen our team and development we are looking for an Accountant (F/M) in Modena, ITALY.
You will be working part time - 30 hours per week


RESPONSIBILITIES

• General accounting: data entry for customers, suppliers, and general ledger accounts
• Monitoring accounts receivable and payable: processing invoices and receipts, checking and recording payments, dunning, etc.
• Bookkeeping, including processing and recording bank transactions
• Processing purchase, sales, and general ledger entries
• Payment of expense reports
• Processing transactions into the system accurately and according to agreed timetables
• Participating in the success of the Italian team's quarterly closing
• Performing other duties, analyses, and responsibilities as assigned
• Reporting to the Manager in France and the accountant in Italy

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience
• Mandatory knowledge of Italian accounting (general / customers / suppliers)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory to work in an international environment
• Openness to interacting with different cultures
