About the Role:

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join Ferrero House Agency (Pubbliregia) team for a Maternity Leave Substitution. You will support the Global Account Team in all daily activities and ongoing projects for the Premium Chocolate category.
As a Junior Account, you will work in a highly dynamic and international environment within Ferrero, directly reporting to the Account Premium Chocolate Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include receiving relevant briefs in collaboration with the Global Account Department or the direct responsible and independently handling minor briefs.
You will interface with the marketing or market functions to gather all necessary information regarding any request.
Additionally, you will support the development of the brief by identifying opportunities or critical issues together with the creative function.
You will ensure a seamless connection between the functions of creative communication and packaging graphics and the requesting marketing functions.
Managing and coordinating project development will also be part of your role, including monitoring work progress and timing.
Finally, you will supervise the entire process of campaign development, intervening to make it more fluid in all its aspects.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your university Master's Degree in Communication / Economics / Marketing and professional experience in related fields, preferably within structured FMCG companies.
Dynamic, curious, flexible, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve confidential or sensitive matters will be fundamental, as well as ability to manage relationship with different stakeholders, international mindset, global mobility and availability for business trips.
You will bring strong relational attitude and team working skills; project management and good organizational skills and you will be able to manage external suppliers, mantaining high professional standards for customer service and work quality.
Regarding IT and Language Skills, knowledge of digital environment/tools and an advance knowledge of English are expected.
