What you will do:

As Tender Specialist, you will be responsible for all activities related to:

Tender monitoring: identification of new business opportunities, viability analysis and presentation to sales unit;
Tender preparation: coordinate with the entire company related to the tender preparation (prioritization, evaluation, qualification, preparation of administrative documentation, compilation of final documents, submission, follow-up, etc.);
Coordination with internal departments and external suppliers/partners involved in the tender preparation;
Provide support to Key Account Managers in the sales process;

Who you are:

Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Finance or Marketing with:

3 years of experience in the preparation of high-volume international tenders, if related to the energy sector will be considered a plus;
Commercial and communications skills;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word);
Fluent English (written and spoken) will be the main used language. Knowledge of Italian, Spanish, Portuguese are considered a plus;
