Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in Modena. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

In D&T Equipment Engineering, we are looking for a Future Talent - Mechanical Designer. In this role, within Preparation & Forming Solutions department, you will support the team in developing projects as well as technical-know-how activities for the sub-systems implementing package forming solutions, working in a fully integrated way with stakeholders in different projects and competence areas.
This is a permanent position based in Modena, Italy, but you will work in a global arena.

In D&T Equipment Engineering, we are looking for a Future Talent - Mechanical Designer. What you will do
- Contribute to the definition and manage requirements for new product and technology development
- Develop conceptual solutions
- Perform mechanical design using state of the art CAD/PDM tools
- Execute virtual verification of solutions using advanced engineering tools (finite element and multibody analysis)
- Build complex models and execute simulation of complex mechanical systems
- Drive physical testing on prototypes
- Manage data collection and analysis
- Contribute to decision making
- Manage engineering specifications
We believe you have
- You have a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Graduation between 2024-2025), preferably with focus on applied mechanics and design of machinery.
- It is possible that you have experience working in a development team as mechanical designer and/or analysis/simulation expert
- Some knowledge of CAD, FEM and/or multibody tools is considered a plus.
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
- You have good communications skills, written and spoken
- Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
