JOB PURPOSE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To perform general office administration tasks, including managing orders of stationery and office supplies
• To create POs in Ariba for all utilities invoices, services, rents and leases
• To be responsible for daily mails and shipments with different couriers custom clearance assistance
• To manage all Company car fleet for employers in Milan, Scandicci and Piacenza
• To be the point of contact for all Health & Safety enquiries
• To support the external RSPP in all Burberry and statutory requirements
• To manage suppliers and technicians on all operational activities for the sites.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Eligible to L. 68/99
• Previous experience working as a Team Assistant to Management or in an administrative role
• Computer literate, particularly in Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point
• Experience with Ariba/SAP preferred
• Experience in using technollgy for meetings (videocalls via Microsoft Teams)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
