As a Events Coordinator at Caruso, A Belmond Hotel you is responsible to support the Events Manager for giving to all guest an unique service.
Reports to Events Manager.


Primary Responsibilities Include

• Manage all the correspondence and phone call with guests according to our high standards and procedures;
• Securing and booking requested services and wedding options;
• Support the Events Manager about other tasks regarding to the organization of the events.

Support the Events Manager in coordinating and managing the Groups' rooms reservations and the set up of functions spaces, and in the securing and booking requested services;

• Collaborate with the Events Manager to handle client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly, and making sure that all the events within the hotel meet the hotel's level of quality standards.

• Communication clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally) that positively impacts on their role, the business and Belmond
• Show the ability to be aware of, control and express ones emotions and to handle interpersonal relationships.
• Positive influence, provides assistance and shares information whilst showing respect.
• Demonstrate a forward thinking ability, whilst anticipating the implications and consequences of new information.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
