Job Summary

We are currently looking for a dynamic, creative and enthusiast Social Media Manager for our Milan office.
You will design social media strategies, write social copies and liaise daily with creatives, designers and media planners in a vibrant and positive working environment. You will also implement and execute influencer marketing projects and special projects on branded content.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the performance of social media channels and campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and social media developments, and apply insights to strategies.
• Work autonomously and in collaboration with teams to execute social media strategies and content.
• Create and execute tailored content strategies across platforms (Linked In, Tik Tok, Instagram, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of platform updates and industry trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
• Proficient in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Brandwatch) and content management.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to develop innovative content and manage editorial calendars.
• Write engaging social media copy in Italian and English (with mother-tongue supervision).
• Lead the Community Manager to effectively manage social media communities.
• Monitor, report, and evaluate social media performance, KPIs, and competitor activities.
• Manage influencer marketing and branded content projects.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to social media and PR.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in social media
• Previous experience in Automotive industry in a plus
• Excellent copywriting, proofreading and editing skills
• Fluent in English (both written and oral), C1/C2 level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the internal teams, Clients and the external providers
• Strategic thinking and very good operational attitude
• Throughout knowledge of the social media scenario, new trends and platforms + A keen understanding of the Marketing and Advertising Industry
• Ability to spot viral trends beforehand and act quickly to maximize traffic across social platforms
• Social attitude and flexibility
• High standards and an excellent attention to detail
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
