About the location:

About the role
Reporting into the Bar Manager, you will serve guest needs by assisting the Bartender and superiors and complete guest requests.

What you will do

Describe the selection of beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain food & menu knowledge for items offered in the bar; communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the Bartender using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order; transport items to the guest table in a timely manner.
Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner and greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
Stock side stations with linens, china, glass, silver, and paper goods for service; fill requisitions of beer, liquor, soda, fruit juices, garnishes, and ice for the Bartender.
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

What you bring

High School education or equivalent experience.
Minimum two years bar service or related work
Ability to carry and balance tray. Ability to accurtely process cash and credit card transactions.
English language and other languages are appreciate

Schedule & Hours:

This is a full-time position
The candidate must have a flexible schedule and work also on weekends and holidays.

This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
