We’re seeking a VP of Fin Ops to lead the swiftly growing Fin Ops department. The VP of Fin Ops will create the Fin Ops strategy as part of the company’s strategy and lead its execution. We provide cutting-edge Fin Ops solutions and services to startups. The role includes enhancing Fin Ops solutions and services, strengthening Fin Ops as a trusted advisor to customers, and fostering stronger cooperation with them and other departments like Delivery and Sales and AWS.
Work location - hybrid from Israel

Requirements:

• 4+ years of managerial experience in global tech companies, at least 1 year of managing team leaders or above
• 4+ years of working experience as a Fin Ops Analyst specializing in public cloud environments, preferably AWS
• Deep knowledge of cost optimization techniques in public cloud such as AWS, GCP or Azure
• A solid understanding of cloud services (AWS preferred), architectures, pricing and discounts
• An excellent analytical approach, business orientation, and customer-obsessed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Working experience with cost management tools, such as Cloud Health or Anodot - an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Devise and implement Fin Ops yearly work plans
• Establish a Fin Ops site in US timezone
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of Fin Ops team leaders and a group of Fin Ops analysts
• Constant improvement of work processes
• Lead the group to work closely with Automat-it customers to help them understand, monitor, and analyze their cloud consumption data
• Lead the group to suggest cost optimization opportunities in customers’ environments, implement or supervise the implementation of the recommendations
• Enhance the Fin Ops Professional Services
• Make a significant impact on internal Fin Ops tool and external customer portal development
