VIP Team Leader

One of the fastest growing startups in Israel is looking for a rockstar VIP Team Leader to manage and lead a dedicated team focused on providing top-tier services to the company's most valued clients.
It' a mobile gaming studio that develops exciting and popular games, focusing on skill games. It has a strong emphasis on innovation, the power of data and use of AI.
- Recruiting and building a team from scratch.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide regular reports on VIP client feedback and team performance.
- Build and deliver ongoing content, promotions and activities - where the KPI is to bring players to their next level.
- Implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
- Manage a close relationship with our VIP players on a daily basis.
- Proven experience in team leadership, ideally in a VIP and customer service or client relations role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional time management abilities.
- Strong analytical thinker, capable of interpreting data to produce meaningful, actionable insights.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with VIP users and collaborate with internal teams.
- Experience working with high-end or VIP clients is an advantage.
- Fluent English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Advantage

Requirements
- At least 3 Years of experience in the VIP and customer service in the gaming industry.- Proven experience in team leadership, ideally in a VIP and customer service or client relations role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional time management abilities.
