We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Product Manager.The ideal candidate will possess a startup mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments and demonstrating adaptability, resourcefulness, and a focus on driving innovative solutions.Responsibilities:

• Lead the Platform Group's roadmap, aligning with LSports' overall business strategy and industry trends in big data solutions and platform engineering.
• Evaluate technical solutions in partnership with platform engineers and architects, ensuring alignment with both business and technical goals.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Dev Ops, data engineers, and development teams across Israel and Poland, to prioritize features, optimize workflows, and refine platform requirements.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the Developer Experience, including internal tools, SDKs, APIs, and documentation, ensuring the platform is intuitive and effective for developers and data professionals.
• Foster external communication and engagement to grow and support the platform's user community.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management roles, preferably in mid-to-large startups.
• Proven experience in technical product management, software architecture, or a similar senior leadership role in technology.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture and platform engineering concepts, such as (but not limited to) Fin Ops, CI/CD, K8s, Ia C, and developer portals.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset, with empathy for developers and a passion for community engagement.
• Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and prioritize technological solutions based on business impact.
