Position Description:
We are a Service Now partner operating in Israel. We are looking for a Service Now technical consultant to work for us remotely from Portugal on projects outside of Portugal.
Position duties and responsibilities:

• Configuration of Service Now on various modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, etc.)
• Script writing on the platform
• Portal configuration and development
• Workspaces configuration and development

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any related areas
• At least 1 year of proven experience working with Service Now as a technical consultant
• Good communication skills and ability to work constructively with customer
• Highly motivated, organised and able to work remotely with self-discipline
• Good level of English speaking is mandatory
