Project Engineer

IDE Technologies is looking for a dedicated and motivated Project Engineer to join our Commercial Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Reports to: Engineering Department Manager, Commercial unit
Requirements:
Location: Kadima
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering efforts in tender processes and collaborating with bid managers.
- Maintain daily communication with contractors and suppliers in Israel and abroad to review and approve engineering plans, address technical challenges, and coordinate project schedules.
- Promote design excellence by fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among diverse engineering teams, such as: piping, mechanical and civil engineering, electrical equipment and control.
- Represent the engineering team in client interactions, providing technical expertise and support.
- Manage engineering deliverables and timelines to meet client expectations.
Reports to: Engineering Department Manager, Commercial unit
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental / water / mechanical engineering
- +3 years’ experience as a Project Engineer in the water / infrastructure industry
- In-depth knowledge in mechanical design or process design
- Experience in matrix management
- English – full proficiency
- Experience in water systems design – an advantage
