Performance Marketing Specialist Meta (Facebook, Instagram)

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a focus on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, and optimization techniques. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through strategic campaigns on these platforms. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR. Conduct A/B testing to identify best practices and improve campaign effectiveness. Create and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices. Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize and scale campaigns. Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and trends. Utilize data-driven decision-making to inform campaign adjustments and future strategies.
Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement. Foster strong relationships with platform representatives to leverage new features and opportunities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale advertising campaigns. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards. Excellent understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative best practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills. Passion for the jewelry and engagement ring industry and understanding of customer buying journey in luxury sectors.
