תפקיד ה- Office Admin & Employee Experience Specialist במשרדי המטה שלנו ברמת החייל בת"א כולל תחום נושאים רחב, כאשר האחריות המרכזית היא אחזקה, תפעול וניהול שוטף של משרדי המטה ותחום חווית העובד ורווחתו.
תחומי האחריות של התפקיד הם רחבים ומגוונים שכן העבודה השוטפת כוללת התנהלות מול ספקים חיצוניים ומול מחלקות החברה בנושאי בטיחות, אחזקה, הזמנות רכש, פעילויות רווחת עובדים והוצאה לפועל של תהליכים Z-A.
התפקיד דורש מעקב מתמיד וליווי פעילויות יזומות בתחומי המשרד לרבות, ניהול תקציב אחזקת מבנים, טיפול בתקלות ותחזוקה שוטפת, ציוד משרדי , אספקת קפיטריה וכיבוד, הפקת כנסים/אירועים ואירוח כללי.


דרישות התפקיד:
  • ניסיון באדמיניסטרציה וניהול משרד
  • הוצאה לפועל של תוכנית רווחה בשיתוף מחלקת מש"א
  • הזמנות כיבוד, מתנות לעובדים והפקת פעילויות רווחה
  • ניסיון בניהול תקציבים ומעקב אחר הוצאות שוטפות
  • ניסיון בעבודה אל מול ספקים ונותני שירות
  • ביצוע ומעקב אחרי פרויקטים שונים במשרד
  • אופי שירותי ואדיב
  • חשיבה יצירתית ממוקדת לקוח
  • ידע בתוכנות אופיס - שליטה באקסל
  • אנגלית ברמה גבוהה - יתרון


The role of the
Office Admin & Employee Experience Specialist in our headquarters offices in Israel includes a wide range of responsibilities including office maintenance, operation, and ongoing office admin activities.

The ongoing work includes working with external suppliers and company functions in matters of safety, maintenance, purchase orders, welfare activities and A-Z execution of processes to ensure a great employee experience.
The position requires constant controlling of activities, including office and welfare budget management, premises maintenance, handling malfunctions and ongoing needs, office equipment, cafeteria supply and refreshments, including conferences/events and general hospitality accountability.


Job requirements:
  • Experience in administration and office management
  • Experience in managing and rolling an employee experience/welfare program including employee engagement and event management together with HR professionals (including refreshment orders, employee gifts and EX activities).
  • Experience in managing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Experience working with suppliers and service providers.
  • Execution and monitoring of various projects in the office
  • Service oriented and courteous character
  • Customer-centric and being creative.
  • MS Office, specifically excel and power point.
  • High level of English - an advantage
