Israeli Office Manager (ILOM) - Hybrid Hebrew Speaker, Min 20 hrs/week

You will manage the Israeli office in Hadera and take part in a broad range of activities including preparing, organizing and proofreading documents for the application process, daily communication with Israeli institutions and management of all Israeli correspondence, including our partner courier company.
Typical tasks include but are not limited to:
- Being Imapolania’s face for clients who want to meet us;
- Processing of clients’ documents necessary to the applications to various institutions;
- Providing assistance in completing sets of documents according to the criteria required by state or local government institutions;
- Possibility of acting as Imapolania’s Proxy in all Israeli affairs;
- Ensure documents deliveries and collections from the various Institutions we work with happen in a timely manner;
- Proofread colleague’s work ensuring pristine quality in the final product.
- Basic Hebrew language skills;
- Preferably: Basic English language skills: reading, writing and speaking;
- This is a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) company but you can use the office’s laptop;
- You must have some computer literacy (particularly with Chrome and Google Workspace) and a reliable internet connection for when you are not working from our Office.
