• Provide first and second-level support to all Moovit employees around the world.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and project management.
• Find technical solutions for the specific needs of our employees.
• Follow standard IT procedures, logging all IT interactions with Jira ticketing system.
• Administering helpdesk and IT Asset management software.
• Zoom Conference room troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Configure, install, and maintain all office technical equipment, including laptops, printers, monitors, and other IT peripherals.
• Lead IT projects in areas of System, Remote Access, Endpoint Protection, MIS, and others.

• At least 1 year of experience as an IT Support
• Experience in Windows 10, 11 & MS Office troubleshooting – a must
• Experience in mac OS – a must
• Experience in PC/laptop imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Experience with ordering computer equipment from vendors, getting quotes, and negotiating about the price.
• Project management skills
• Experience working with Saa S IDPs (Okta, Jump Cloud)
• Experience with MDM solutions such as Intune, Jamf, and Mobile Iron (Jump Cloud - advantage)
• Experience with G-Suite, Jira, Slack
• Experience in organizing the warehouse
• Proficiency in English - must
• Team player
• Service-oriented

• Bash, Windows WSH or Power Shell scripting
• MCSA or equivalent
• Familiarity with Firewalls and VPN configuration
• Familiarity with endpoint security
• Familiarity with Logitech/Neat – conference Zoom rooms
