We monetize the Moovit app's user base through advertising, subscription, and affiliation deals. Our advertising inventory is monetized through programmatic ad networks and direct sales to brands and marketers at premium rates. We are seeking a talented and driven Channel Sales Manager to join our team and spearhead the development of our direct sales channel.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to nurture and grow our client portfolio. This pivotal role involves proactive recruitment of new clients, daily monitoring and analysis of traffic, and maintaining robust relationships with both Agencies and advertisers.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Proactively identify and onboard new clients, thereby expanding our business portfolio
  • Understand client business goals, challenges, and needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships

  • Conduct weekly optimization reports to evaluate performance and uncover growth opportunities
  • Monitor daily traffic, making strategic adjustments as needed to enhance performance
  • Analyze lead statuses and manage CAPs to ensure optimal client performance
  • Maintain active and responsive communication with clients, offering regular and constructive feedback
  • Regularly educate advertisers on product offering and how to best service advertiser’s needs
  • Identify upsell opportunities at scale
  • Conduct end-of-day calls to review daily traffic and strategize for upcoming days

Requirements
  • 3-4 years of professional experience (client-facing in the digital media /online publisher space)
  • Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets and quotas - MUST
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Analytical abilities to conclude, generate insights, and enhance performance
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team
  • Self-motivated
