Job Description
- Scope of work: 50% onsite
- Manage office supplies (procurement of groceries, technical equipment etc.)
- Support HR processes, such as on-boarding / off-boarding of employees
- Be responsible for various administrative tasks related to operations, logistics, facilities and more
- Plan activities for employees (fun days, get together, gifts, etc.)
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role in a high-tech company
- Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good team player
- Strong organizational and planning skill
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, set priorities with problem solving approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: fluent in both Hebrew (mother tongue) and English (fluent), German (preferred, not mandatory)
- Excellent in MS office (excel, word)
