Job Description

• Scope of work: 50% onsite
• Manage office supplies (procurement of groceries, technical equipment etc.)
• Support HR processes, such as on-boarding / off-boarding of employees
• Be responsible for various administrative tasks related to operations, logistics, facilities and more
• Plan activities for employees (fun days, get together, gifts, etc.)

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role in a high-tech company
• Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good team player
• Strong organizational and planning skill
• Ability to work independently, be proactive, set priorities with problem solving approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: fluent in both Hebrew (mother tongue) and English (fluent), German (preferred, not mandatory)
• Excellent in MS office (excel, word)
