Role Description
We are looking for a Configuration Management and PLM Leader
You will report to Sr. Product Engineering Manager
You will be based in Caesarea, Israel

What you will be doing:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle PLM, ensuring successful deployment and alignment with business needs.
- Manage configuration control processes, ensuring data integrity and compliance in a large-scale environment.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on Oracle PLM functionalities and best practices.
- Drive process standardization across teams and departments to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Customize Oracle PLM workflows and reports to meet evolving business requirements.
What you should have:
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Electronics Engineering / related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with PLM (Oracle - advantage), including system implementation and configuration.
- Proven experience in configuration control management in high-tech organizations.
- Strong background in leading process standardization across teams and departments.
- Experience providing user support and training on PLM functionalities.
- Knowledge in BOM management and change control board.
- Experience with system integration (ERP, CAD) and PLM workflow customization.
- Willingness for a full-time temporary position
