• Define the product roadmap and strategy, guiding the team towards innovative solutions.
• Manage all lifecycle stages for an innovative Saa S B2B product
• Working hands-on with product managers, UX designers, and engineering managers as part of a cross-functional product team
• Continuously analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitive information
• Communicating the product roadmap, both inside Varonis and with customers and prospect
• Engaging with customers, prospects, and users to get their feedback, discuss their challenges, and gain a full understanding of their needs
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Professional services, Customer Success, Support) to understand their needs and refine roadmap
• Initiate and work with technology partners to foster better-together solutions
• Drive product launches along with marketing, sales, and other product and project managers

• 8+ years experience in product management
• Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 5 years experience managing product managers and multiple product lines
• Experience delivering vision, strategy, and plans to managers, engineering, and leadership
• Rich experience in working, and leading, cross-functional delivery teams
• Experience with cloud cyber security products
• Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Experience as a Dev Ops or Backend leader
• Strong experience in effective, collaborative work with all departments of the company

• Strong desire and ability to connect with customers, understand their challenges, and communicate a vision for how products can address those challenges
