We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records including suppliers, banking, issuing cheques, petty cash, employee expenses (Israel and overseas).

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records including suppliers, banking, issuing cheques, petty cash, employee expenses (Israel and overseas).
Requirements:
- 1-3 years pf experience as a bookkeeper
- Bookkeeper Certificate #2
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience with Priority system- advantage
- Experience with Netsuite system- advantage
- English- Fluent
Responsibilities:
- Receipts – processing invoices for payments
- Ensure that invoice and purchase order match
- Global Suppliers management
- Preparing reports
- Reconcile employee expense reports
- Credit card expenses
- Payment to travel agencies
- Utilize the appropriate accounting software to manage and automate financial tasks when relevant.
- Work in accordance to the company’s guidelines, code of ethics and regulatory rules
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
