- Trained 121 through established Sales development programme
* Product knowledge – sales related
* Sales process & support
* Market knowledge & prospect generating process
* Sales presenting & conversion techniques
- Expectation to be generating new business within 6 months
- Potential to develop a Sales career within Group
Requirements :
- Ambition, this is an ideal role for an ambitious individual who wants the chance to succeed in the demanding world of Business to business Sales
- Sales environment track record – Face to face sales / Telesales / Retail sales / Customer Service or equivalent – min 5 years experience
- Hunger & drive to succeed, with the ability to self motivate & work through set-backs
- Positive attitude & behaviours
- Great communication skills including presentation skills
- Bright intelligent person
- IT skills & experience – e-mail, excel, powerpoint etc.
- University degree useful but not required
- Numeracy and negotiation skills
- Driving license & experience
