Job Title: Trainee Customer Service Executive
Salary: €28,000 plus a substantial yearly bonus. Dependent on individual and company performance.
Location: South Mall, Cork City.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Trainee Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing daily customer support operations, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and accurate follow-up.
  • Generate and manage quotations, invoices, and lead times.
  • Handle queries related to existing orders and products.
  • Administer and fulfil customer orders efficiently.
  • Maintain and organise customer documentation.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
  • Support management in enhancing customer support effectiveness.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in administration and customer service.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and tools like Google Apps (training will be provided if needed).
