As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of our supply chain operations while driving efficiency and delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will optimize processes and contribute to initiatives that enhance overall performance. Key duties include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and analyze KPI reports to track performance across replenishment activities, including availability, inventory management, and stock appreciation.
• Assess stock appreciation performance against budget, conducting detailed line-level analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in appreciation processes.
• Support customer-specific initiatives by collaborating with Replenishment Planners to gather data, provide insights, and enhance customer communication.
• Oversee the management of external storage providers, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and seamless stock movements between external locations and the CDC.
• Contribute to capacity and space management workstreams, optimizing resource utilization to meet operational demands.
• Collaborate with replenishment and commercial teams to manage inventory effectively, addressing overstocks, residual stocks, and waste risks proactively.
• Design, implement, and lead supply chain projects that deliver value-added services and cost efficiencies.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and actionable insights to Supply Chain Management, supporting strategic decision-making and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.

• Foster strong relationships with teams across Trading, Operations, and Sales to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and deliver enhanced supply chain performance.

Education Skills and Experience:

Essential Qualifications

• A third-level qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supply chain, logistics, or inventory management role within FMCG or a similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Proven analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in IT systems, including advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with supply chain management tools.
