Scope of the Role
Based at our manufacturing site in Co. Monaghan, the Procurement Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Procurement Office with the procurement process of materials, ensuring a consistent and cost-effective supply of raw materials for our operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Procurement Officer with maintaining relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders
• Liaise with suppliers to place, confirm and progress orders and ensuring delivery.
• Resolve any supply issues.
• Assist the Procurement officer with developing and maintain stock requirement forecasts as required
• Assist the Procurement officer with planning and coordinate the supply of raw materials.
• Assist the Procurement Officer with maintaining a raw material inventory management system.
• Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to production sites to avoid disruptions.
• General Administration duties

Requirements:

• Leaving Certificate
• 3-5 years strong administration experience in a busy role, preferably in the Food manufacturing Industry
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience of procurement software an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
