Merchandiser / In-Store Display Installer

We’re REL Field Marketing, an award-winning company, and we’re seeking a Merchandiser / In-Store Display Installation Technician to join our Royal Canin team. As a key player in our Merchandising/Installation Team, you'll be supporting Business Managers to increase sales within both retail and veterinary channels across North & Republic of Ireland.
Why Join Us?
- Contract Type: Part-Time, Permanent
- Salary: £14,000 + 12% bonus for achieving KPIs
- Hours: 19 hours per week (Flexible, 2.5 days a week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Across Ireland: Visit retail outlets and veterinary clinics regularly as part of your planned schedule.
- Display Installation & Merchandising: Build and install metal display stands, ensuring all equipment, Point of Sale materials, and planograms are in top condition.
- Stock Management: Track and manage stock levels while ensuring products are well-presented.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Royal Canin Business Managers to identify opportunities, develop customer account plans, and drive sales growth.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with retailers and veterinary clinics to increase sales for both the outlets and Royal Canin.
- Reporting: Keep track of store compliance and in-store actions, providing timely reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- Retail Experience: A strong background in the retail environment (e.g., as a retail manager, supervisor, merchandiser, or similar).
- Communication & Relationship Skills: Ability to build strong relationships and engage in commercial conversations.
- Independent Worker: Ability to work on your own and manage your time effectively.
- Practical Skills: Comfort with using hand tools and driving a transit van.
- Driving Licence: A full driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle
