We’re recruiting Customer Service Representatives to join us on a full-time basis.

Full time roles are 36.5 hours per week, and we have rotating schedules which allow you to achieve a great work/life balance, working between the hours of 08:45 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays You will know well in advance the schedule you will be working each week, so you can plan around your hours.
You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025.
You’ll work as part of our telephone-based Customer team in our Athlone office, located directly off the M6 and only 10 minutes from the town centre.
On target earnings of up to €30,780 with competitive base salary of €28,500 plus excellent benefits, flexible shift pattern and salary increases on company funded insurance qualifications.
You’ll receive a comprehensive induction and benefit from a structured training programme with one of our specialist Trainers, which will give you all the training and support you need to become a confident and skilled Representative, including continual development of your technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.

Your Profile

Qualifications
  • No experience required, all we ask for is great customer service skills as customers are at the heart of what we do and if you're as passionate about helping customers as we are, you’re already one step closer
  • Friendly tone & good communication skills
  • Resilience and persistence to meet sales targets
  • Computer literate, with the ability to effectively learn the navigation of multiple systems.
  • Minimum Leaving certificate qualification or education equivalent
