Alexandra College is recruiting a full time female housekeeper to join our team. The role is based in our Boarding School located on the campus. Alexandra College is a leading educational institution in Ireland. The Boarding School houses 200 children between the age of 11 and 18 all year around.
The successful candidate will have experience working in housekeeping ,someone who has a positive and outgoing personality and someone who can work as part of a team. The Boarding House is a busy area so the successful candidate must also be able to be flexible and adaptable.
Everyday is different but daily duties include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the standards of cleaning and hygiene are kept to a high standards.
• Providing and safe and clean living environment for the students.
• Cleaning and Sanitising of communal areas including common rooms , kitchens , reception areas.
• Cleaning of communal showers and toilets.
• Weekly cleaning of rooms.
• Monthly deep cleaning of specific areas.

The role is 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. During the month of June / July you will be required to work 3 weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm) with your days off coming during the week. You are not required to work weekends outside of the above dates. You are not required to work Bank Holidays.
