SALARY

• A competitive salary of €14.25 per hour aligned with relevant experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include payment for Bank Holidays, enhancing the hourly rate. Break times are also paid, so for each 12 Hour Shift you work, you’re paid for 12 Hours ensuring fair compensation for actual hours worked

Wicklow. Presently, we are actively seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to contribute to our continued success. • Work within a nurturing environment, where we maintain a strong staffing structure. Six Health Care Assistants each morning for a maximum of 34 Residents, supported by the expertise of two Staff Nurses as well as a very experienced and knowledgably Director of Nursing, an Assistant Director of Nursing and a Clinical Nurse Manager. They will be readily available for advice and assistance
• Health Care Assistants are afforded the opportunity to dedicate sufficient time to provide each and every resident with the high-quality care they rightfully deserve

REQUIREMENTS

• QQI/Fetac Level 5 Care Skills and Care of the Elderly, equivalent or working towards Fetac/QQI will be considered
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) and eligible to work in Ireland
• Strong communication and listening skills
