Job Description: Nolan Coaches is seeking dedicated, professional, and reliable Full-Time Bus and Coach Drivers to join our esteemed team based in Clonshaugh, Dublin. As a driver with Nolan Coaches, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and courteous transportation services to our diverse clientele. This role requires excellent driving skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to navigate routes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate buses and coaches on scheduled routes, private hires, tours, and corporate events.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are in safe operating condition.
• Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle interior and exterior.
• Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and luggage as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Keep accurate records of driving hours, routes, and any incidents or accidents.
• Report any mechanical issues or necessary maintenance to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Valid Category D (Bus) driving license.
• Valid Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws in Ireland.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.

Desirable Skills:

• First Aid certification.
• Experience in handling large groups or tours.
• Familiarity with GPS and other navigation tools.

Pay: €700.00-€900.00 per week
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
