As a Front Office Manager and City Lover at NYX Hotels, you’ll own the Front Desk: your dynamic vibe will help you to lead your team and ensure our guests enjoy the city, whichever way they choose. • Share your unmatched knowledge of the city with guests! You’re a City Lover, so you’ll be able to recommend the best shops, clubs and shows around
• Assist with the development and achievement of sales targets
• Set and review departmental objectives for the team and provide ongoing feedback
