Key Responsibilities
As part of our wait staff team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless service for our clients. Your duties will include:

• Setting up and clearing tables in a professional banqueting style.
• Carrying and serving three plates for starters, mains, and desserts.
• Opening and serving wine correctly with proper etiquette.
• Clearing plates in a banqueting style to maintain smooth operations.
• Setting up and maintaining a coffee station, including making and serving tea and coffee.
• Setting up and lighting chafers for food service.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in banqueting or corporate hospitality is essential.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in food and beverage service techniques, including wine service and banquet-style operations.
• Language: Advanced English communication skills are required.
• Eligibility: Must hold a valid working visa for Ireland.
• Availability: Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
