Key Responsibilities:

• Create a positive, nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn.
• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development in line with Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
• Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to share ideas, best practices, and innovative approaches to learning.

Requirements:

• Minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (Level 6 or higher an advantage).
• A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their learning and well-being.
• Ideally, prior experience working in a childcare or early education setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of child protection regulations and a commitment to safeguarding children.
